 Please complete a one page essay that includes your name, location, and school information. We want to learn about you and how a textbook grant would help you achieve your education goals and propel you towards success. Textbook Grants prioritizes those in need. Please describe your financial situation that has led you to apply for this grant. Provide any key details that you think the Board of Directors should know about you and take into consideration.

Complete essay and include the following:

• Full Name, DOB, Address, Phone Number

• High School/College/Skilled Trade

• Semester of Enrollment

• Estimated cost of books

• Description of financial situation

• Future career plans 

Once your essay is completed, please upload using the tool below to submit. The Board will review all applications and send a formal response when the grant determinations have been completed.

Application Deadlines: April 15th, July 15th, September 15th, and December 15th.
